RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Our goal is complete satisfaction for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return any item(s) within 20 days of receiving.
* Restocking Fee: For any and all items finished in Black or Sealed, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
* Shipping charges are not refundable and Return Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Once your Return is received in our Warehouse, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be credited the full amount of returned item(s), minus any shipping charges and restocking fees.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur; no credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition.

"On Sale" Items may be returned, but there will be a % restocking fee.
"Final Sale" Items may not be returned for any refund.

DAMAGES: (Missing or Damaged Items)
All orders are inspected in our warehouse prior to shipment.
Upon receiving your order, we ask that you thoroughly inspect for damages or missing items.
If a product is received damaged or missing, please Contact Us within 48 hours. You may call us, leave a voicemail, or email us at info@oldworldhardware.com.
At that time, we will determine the best way to resolve the matter. We may ask for photographs of damaged items. We will replace or credit you for your loss, provided the above guidelines have been met.
In some cases, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. Damage claims with the carrier may be handled by Old World Hardware, at our discretion.
WARRANTIES AND HANDCRAFTED GOODS:
Old World Hardware makes no warranties, neither expressed or implied, for fitness for the consumer's particular use. The customer acknowledges that hand made goods are inherently imperfect and vary in size, finish and dimension. We make every effort to inspect our goods before shipping to assure quality.
